I had a disappointing experience with the room cleanliness. Although the room smelled good initially, I found stains on the bottom sheet that needed prompt replacement. The phone in the room was also broken and remained unfixed, which was frustrating since I could not call for assistance when needed.

The split bathroom layout was incredibly convenient, allowing both of us to get ready simultaneously. best western plus has a great breakfast that was warm and well presented. the young lady managing the breakfast area stood out as exceptional. i appreciated the split bathroom layout, which allowed me to use the sink while my spouse showered. it's conveniently located across from wild horse pass casino and shops, making it easy to explore.

Comfortable room, convenient breakfast. the hotel had breakfast every morning which was great especially if you didn’t want to buy any food, and the free Wi-Fi in rooms made it easy to stay connected during our stay.

I checked into my King Room on a Friday night. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process smooth. The room was spacious and the kitchenette made it perfect for a weekend stay. However, I noticed the bathroom layout was a bit awkward. The inside-opening door clashed with the shower door, making it cramped. I had mobility issues, so that was a concern. The shower had water spots, but it was clean otherwise. The bed felt super comfortable, and I loved how soft the sheets were. I enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. it had a decent variety, but some items felt lukewarm. The indoor pool was nice, but it was colder than I'd like for swimming, especially with kids. I wished they could adjust the AC a bit. Check-out was quick, and I appreciate the helpful staff. I’d stay again for the room, but I'd hope to see improvements in the bathroom layout and warmer pool conditions.
